We are pleased to announce the Math × Medicine × Pharmacy (MMP) Seminar, co-organized by Kyoto University and Pfizer.
The aim of this seminar is to explore how mathematical sciences can truly contribute to clinical medicine and real-world societal needs.
We aim to foster academic innovation and create a new scholarly paradigm through the integration of mathematics with “medicine” (particularly clinical medicine) and “pharmacy,” which forms the foundation of therapeutics.
MMP seminar fosters active collaboration between academia and industry, providing a platform where researchers from both sides can discuss, interact, and build new partnerships.
For the MMP Seminar, we are honored to welcome five advisors:
– Three internationally recognized researchers from academia who are leaders in clinical medicine and immunology, with achievements in drug discovery research;
– Two experts from industry, including Pfizer and the International Society of Pharmacology (ISoP), who are driving the field of pharmacometrics worldwide.
We are pleased to invite you to the Kick-Off Seminar, which will be held as follows (pre-registration is required):
